Background
After filing a number of medical complaints to the DOH I received the reports at some point afterwards. To my surprise the reports repeated falsehoods that were easily demonstrably incorrect. For example I am told that a culture was not resulted on April 25th - yet I have the paperwork right in front of me showing that it was resulted. A second report claims it was resulted but for MRSA, not MSSA (staph) and that I was diagnosed with MRSA on that day. A third report claims I was informed of staph and that an infectious disease specialist was consulted that day - all of the pages of the medical record show that this was not true. The DOH says they cannot review a case they have already closed. Even though I was not sent the reports to well after their 30 day appeal limit. Not only will they not address the issue - or the issue that Swedish Medical Center did not provide all of the documents they requested and told falsehoods as well - there appears to be no one at the Governor's Office interested in this. IT IS AN AFFRONT TO VICTIMS OF MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE . IT BORDERS ON FRAUD TO TAKE A GOVERNMENT SALARY AND NOT TO DO THE BASICS OF ONE'S JOB. FINALLY - WE NEED HOSPITAL OVERSIGHT - FOR WITHOUT PROPER OVERSIGHT IT LEADS TO THE KIND OF NEGLIGENCE AND RECKLESSNESS THAT BEGAN MY CASE IN THE FIRST PLACE. Please contact me if you can assist in contacting the Governor's Office and demanding that the problems of ineptitude at the DOH be confronted.

Showing just a few of the errors below - that should've been easily verified by looking at my medical record. Unfortunately - investigators merely parrot he hospital's cover-up stories. The evidence - the facts of the medical record, labs, and discharge paperwork should not be debatable. They are entitled to their opinions but not their own facts - they need to show evidence and documentation - just as I have - not just interviews with Swedish Medical Center - if their story made sense there would've been no complaint to begin with.
